Holubsti might usually be served on Christmas Eve, but we love serving this savory dish all year round. Hearty cabbage served with our delicious meat & rice mixture sprinkled with a little taste of tradition. Enjoy 3 stuffed cabbages with a choice of our homemade tomato sauce or rich mushroom gravy for the perfect meal.

Place the stuffed cabbage in the refrigerator (up to 3 days) or freezer (up to 3 months).

To serve, preheat your oven to 400 degrees and place in a covered oven safe dish. Cover with sauce or half cup of water/stock and bake for 50 - 60 minutes until cabbage reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

    The ultimate comfort food…

    We bought this with extra mushroom gravy and they were the most amazing comfort food meal. I’m battling cancer and it’s often hard to find food that works but this was perfect and was the most enjoyable meal I’ve had in months. This will go on rotation around our house!

    Traditional stuffed cabbage

    I’m 73 and my grandmother came from Ukraine before I was born, this is definitely legit. They are huge and loaded with meat. One would have been enough to eat but it tasted so good I went for another half!
